Oven-Roasted Almonds, The Perfect Snack

Ingredients
2 cups raw almonds
fresh rosemary
sea salt
extra virgin olive oil

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius). If you have a wood-fired oven, it will add an extra smoky flavor to the almonds.

Place the raw almonds in a pan.

Sprinkle lots of fresh rosemary over the almonds.

Add a sprinkle of sea salt to enhance the flavor.

Drizzle lots of extra virgin olive oil over the almonds.

Toss the almonds in the pan to coat them well with the rosemary, salt, and olive oil.

Place the pan in the preheated oven and roast the almonds for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, stir the almonds to ensure even roasting.

Continue roasting for another 5 minutes.
