Roasted Garlic Paste

extra virgin olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit or 205 degrees Celsius.

Place the garlic cloves in foil and drizzle with plenty of extra virgin olive oil to coat them.

Wrap the foil tightly around the garlic cloves.

Roast the garlic in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.

Remove the roasted garlic from the oven and carefully squeeze out the soft, roasted garlic cloves into a blender.

Blend the roasted garlic until smooth and creamy.
