Hummus: the fluffiest, the creamiest, the Thermomix!
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chickpeas, skins removed
2-3 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup water
1/8 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup tahini paste
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
sweet paprika (pimenton), for garnish
Instructions

In a food processor, combine the garlic cloves, cooked chickpeas, water, lemon juice, tahini paste, sea salt, and extra virgin olive oil.

Process the mixture until smooth and fluffy, gradually increasing the speed from 5 to 10, for about 1 minute.

Remove the lid and check the consistency of the hummus. It should be creamy and smooth.

Use a spoon to create wells on the surface of the hummus for the finishing drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

Sprinkle a generous amount of sweet paprika (pimenton) over the hummus for a smoky flavor.
