Almond Lemon Ginger Garlic Dressing

I know it’s a mouthful to say but it’s the best mouthful ever of rich, tangy dressing to drizzle over a healthy mix of veggies and chicken in that perfectly balanced bowl. Make sure to keep plenty on hand when you are ready to anoint your ingredients with a lively lift.

Ingredients

¼ cup lemon juice
1 Tbsp honey
¼ cup almond butter
1 Tbsp lemon zest
1 garlic clove
1 Tbsp fresh peeled ginger (one knob would do)
½ tsp turmeric
Water to thin
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper

Instructions

Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until everything is well combined. Add water to thin it to your desired consistency.

Don’t forget to add the pepper to ensure that the healthy power of the turmeric is made 200 times better by the combination.

Once it is chilled, it may set up even more, so be prepared to thin it further with more water if you want to.
