Asparagus Tart in Minutes
When you get some help from a frozen sheet of puff pastry, you can put together this elegant appetizer for last minute guests in the last minute!

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Mince up the herbs and grate the Manchego cheese.
Take off the woody part of the asparagus and trim them to all the exact same size.
Roll out and trim the pastry dough.
Gently transfer the pastry to a cookie sheet.
Brush a little water on the pastry.
Line the edges with the trimmed pastry.
Layer the Serrano ham on the pastry.
Layer the asparagus, filling the entire tart.
Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil over the asparagus.
Sprinkle the grated Manchego cheese on top.
Sprinkle on the minced herbs (such as rosemary or any herbs of your choice).
Sprinkle a little extra virgin olive oil on the edges of the tart.
Top with a smidge of salt.
Bake in the preheated oven at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
