Rich and Luscious Black Olive Tapenade
I loved this dip long before I moved to the Mediterranean region. With only a few pretty high-quality ingredients, it packs an amazing flavor punch!
Ingredients
1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 cup pitted salt-cured black olives, soaked and drained
½ cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
2 tbsp capers
3 rinsed anchovies
2 tsp brandy (optional)
2 tsp lemon juice
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions

Begin by mincing the garlic and adding it to a food processor.

Add the soaked and drained olives to the food processor and pulse until finely chopped.

Add the oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes and pulse again until well combined.

Add the capers, anchovies, brandy (if using), lemon juice, and extra virgin olive oil to the food processor and blend until smooth.

Serve with your favorite crackers or bread and enjoy the delicious Mediterranean flavors!
