Healthy Caesar Dressing
If you didn’t know Caesar dressing is best with yogurt, you’ll be in on a healthy secret. Blend it with all the traditional Caesar flavors and slather on this creamy dreamy dressing and leave the guilt behind!
Ingredients
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
2-3 anchovies
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 to 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

In a food processor, combine the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic cloves, salt, and pepper.

Add the anchovies and process until well incorporated.

Next, add the yogurt and mayonnaise to the mixture.

Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, starting with 1/2 cup and adding more to taste.

Process the mixture until everything is well incorporated and the dressing is creamy.

Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.

Transfer the dressing to a jar or container and refrigerate until ready to use.
