Pineapple Avocado Salad
Sometimes a simple green salad just won’t cut it you’re looking for a way to stay on a healthy track but you need a little inspiration and a change of pace.

In a small bowl, whisk together pickled garlic cloves, lime juice, cumin, sea salt, black pepper, and extra virgin olive oil to make the dressing. Set aside.
Slice the avocados into 1/2-inch cubes and set aside.
Heat a grill pan over high heat and lightly oil it. Grill the pineapple slices until they are charred on both sides. Cut the pineapple into bite-sized pieces.
Coat the watercress lightly with the dressing.
Layer the grilled pineapple, avocado, and red onion on top of the watercress. Drizzle with more dressing and serve.
