Spicy Roasted Cauliflower Steak

This spicy roasted cauliflower steak recipe lowers cholesterol intake when you swap it for that red meat steak on your dinner plate because cauliflower is a zero-cholesterol ingredient. Best of all, it’s a spicy, juicy, tasty change whether you’re using your oven or an air-fryer. So get heart-healthy and happy when you made the swap with this Mediterranean diet go-to.

Ingredients

1 head of cauliflower
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Cut the cauliflower into 1-inch thick slices.

In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, sea salt, chili powder, lime juice, and olive oil.

Brush the mixture onto one side of each cauliflower slice.

Place the cauliflower slices in the air fryer, with the coated side facing up.

Air fry for 8 minutes.

Carefully flip the cauliflower slices over.

Season with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.

Place the cauliflower back in the air fryer for an additional 10 minutes.

Once the cauliflower is cooked, sprinkle with chili and lime seasoning.
