Sweet Pea Guacamole

Sweet pea guacamole will fool everyone. It tastes just like avocados at a fraction of the price and, best of all, it’s a super healthy party dip loaded with olive oil and sweet peas!

Peas are a good source of vitamins C and E, zinc, and other antioxidants that strengthen your immune system. Other nutrients, such as vitamins A and B and coumestrol, help reduce inflammation and lower your risk of chronic conditions, including diabetes, heart disease, and arthritis.” WebMD

Ingredients

2 limes
cilantro
cumin seeds
garlic cloves
shallot
jalapeno
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
avocado
1 pound of sweet peas

Instructions

Juice the 2 limes.

Chop the cilantro.

Grind the cumin seeds.

Smash the garlic cloves.

Dice the shallot.

Grab some jalapeno and prepare it according to your desired level of spiciness.

In a blender, combine the lime juice, cilantro, cumin seeds, smashed garlic cloves, diced shallot, jalapeno, and 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil.

Add the avocado and the sweet peas to the blender.

Start the blender and blend until the mixture reaches your desired consistency.
