Come along with me to enjoy a typical tapas party in Spain. Some require just a little assembly, some need a little help on the grill. All sorts of wonderful dishes, incredible flavors and tons of fun!

Tapa 1: Ventresca Con Tomate
Take the Ventresca out of the can and plate it. Slice the tomatoes into wedges and place them around the Ventresca. Thinly slice the onion and sprinkle it over the tomatoes.
Drizzle the dish with Arbequina olive oil and sprinkle with Mediterranean sea salt.
Tapa 2: Roasted Bell Peppers
Plate the red bell peppers that have been charred and canned in extra virgin olive oil. Place a mound of Picos in the middle of the plate.
Drizzle the dish with Frantoio olive oil.
Tapa 3: Padrón Pepper
Reheat a cast iron skillet over high heat. Toss the Padron peppers with a little bit of olive oil and add them to the skillet. Cook until they are blistered and charred on the outside, about 2-3 minutes.
Sprinkle the Padron peppers with Mediterranean sea salt and plate them.
Plate the Jamon Iberico Bellota in paper-thin slices.
Add Queso fresca to the table.
Serve with a glass of wine.
